DESIGN FEATURES
The walls of the box (cage) are made of laminated plywood (6 mm or 9 mm thick) fixed in a U-shaped metal profile. All elements are shock-resistant, resistant to environmental climatic factors, as well as to the effects of animal waste.
All metal parts can be made depending on the customer’s order:
– made of AISI 430 stainless steel;
– made of metal treated by hot-dip galvanizing;
– made of black metal with a polymer coating.
Laminated plywood has a smooth coating without stiffeners.
The “open” design of the box gate provides natural ventilation of the box. Due to the fact that the gate of the box is deepened by 275 mm from the beginning of the box, there is no contact between the calves and the safety of attachments when moving equipment around the calf house.
Equipment
There are bindings for buckets and buckets with a drinking bowl on the gate.
The complete set of the modular plywood box (cage) includes:
- drinker PT-7 is a drinker with a nominal volume of 7 liters, designed for milking a calf with milk.
- bucket VK-8 bucket with a volume of 8 liters., designed for watering the calf with water.
- VK-8 bucket for dry feed and mineral additives. The volume of the feed placed is 8 liters.
Additionally, a hay feeder BST-2.16.000 can be included in the delivery package.
Depending on the method of maintenance, the configuration can be adjusted!
Additional equipment
On request, the boxes (cages) can be equipped with a plastic lattice floor and wheels.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
